CANCELLATION POLICY

YOUR APPOINTMENTS AND WELL-BEING ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO US. WE UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS CAN COME UP. WE VALUE YOUR TIME, AND WE HOPE YOU VALUE OURS, TOO. IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTIFY US NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO NOTIFY US IN TIME WILL INCUR THE DEPOSIT FEE.

LATE POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE OVER 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IF IT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIME FRAME. 

NO-SHOW POLICY

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE PINK ROOM HAS A NO-SHOW POLICY WHEREBY ANY NO-SHOWS WILL ONLY BE REBOOKED AT THE SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCRETION.

THE PINK ROOM STRIVES TO PROVIDE THE UTMOST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION WITH THE TREATMENTS WE PROVIDE. IF YOU ARE DISPLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICE, PLEASE BRING IT TO OUR ATTENTION AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT OR WITHIN 24 HOURS. UPON AGREEMENT, YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A FOLLOW-UP COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR TREATMENTS AND THE SOLE REMEDY IS PROVIDING A COMPLIMENTARY FOLLOW-UP SERVICE.
